We'll approach goalsetting from a slightly different angle, starting with the big outcome you want - better health, confidence at work, a plan for getting your house in order, or something else that is big and hairy and a little bit scary.
Once you know your outcome, it's easier to see what you know and what you don't, what you're good at and what are your biggest challenges.
Come prepared with an open mind, an honest evaluation of the situation, and of course, pen and paper.
